About Us

Developing Youth Practice was founded in 2012 and is based on the success of the working partnership of Ruth Bradbrook and Louise Willis-Keeler formally of Fairbridge Training Ltd.

During 2007-2012 this partnership was largely attributable for the success of Fairbridge Training; writing, developing and delivering highly regarded training packages and supporting materials for frontline practitioners working with young people in a range of contexts.

Fairbridge Training’s success came from having the infrastructure to deliver nationally to a range of audiences and were renowned as a market leader in delivering high quality, relevant, experiential training sessions that is immediately transferable back in to practitioners' working practices.

Together with a team of associate trainers Developing Youth Practice now bring these skills, abilities and experience into this exciting new venture offering a range of bespoke and commissioned training to those working with Young People across the UK.
